I used to answer yes to those questions above and now I don't. I know how to break free, because I've done it myself.
I know a lot of your struggles, I've experienced a lot of them. I know the "crazy" things you think about and the things you have to do to get by. Every experience is different but I lived in the same way you do. In fear, unhappy and held back.
Although we all experience things differently, understanding you are not alone or isolated in your experiences, and knowing people have freed themselves before, is key to believing change is possible and moving towards it with clarity.
Myself, I'm nothing special. I wasn't and am not naturally: super intelligent, motivated, fearless or any of the things you think you might need to be to get free. In fact, I saw myself as a bit pathetic, weak, scared, the list went on; so I had zero belief to begin with!
Now I'm free and I'm a certified Integral Holistic Health Practitioner and accredited Right-mindfulness Teacher, but at the time I wasn't. I got free myself, that's how simple it actually is when you understand the trap! I didn't need to be a psychologist and you don't need to be anything either. If your human and willing, that's all it takes, as much as that may be hard for you to believe!
It’s truly my passion to empower people to break free from anxiety so they can live a life with more peace and much more joy because the world is missing out on you! We should all understand how to live life peacefully and sadly, that's not the case for far too many people but it really is possible.
